This guide will show you how to set up prior to creating a competition in the Football Competition Management Platform.
FCMS Setup
Before creating any competitions, please ensure all the following set up items have been reviewed and amended accordingly:
- Age Groups
- Seasons
- Competition Levels
- Referee Groups
- MA Official Groups
1. Age Groups
Select Age Groups under the SETUP column.
Click on CREATE AGE GROUP to create a new group.
Add the group Title, select the group Type and Rank accordingly and click CREATE.
User will be able to select the Age Group in Step 1 (General) of the Competition Creation.
2. Seasons
Select Seasons under the SETUP column.
Click on CREATE SEASON to create a new season.
Select the Start and End year and click CREATE.
User will be able to select the Season in Step 1 (General) of the Competition Creation.
3. Competition Levels
Select Competition Levels under the SETUP column.
Click on CREATE COMPETITION LEVEL to create a new level.
Add the competition Title, select the competition Type and Rank accordingly and click CREATE.
User will be able to select the Competition Level in Step 1 (General) of the Competition Creation.
4. Referee Groups
User can create referee groups to allocate specific type/level of referees for their competition.
Select Referee Groups under the SETUP column.
Click on CREATE GROUP to create a new referee group.
Add the group Title, select the Sport and click SAVE.
Click on ADD REFEREE to add referees into the group.
Search for the Referees to be added into the group and click ADD.
User will be able to select the group in Step 3 (Settings) of the Competition Creation.
5. MA Official Groups
Select MA Official Groups under the SETUP column.
Click on CREATE GROUP to create a new MA Official group.
Add the group Title, select the Sport and click SAVE.
Click on ADD MA OFFICIAL to add officials into the group.
Search for the Officials to be added into the group and click ADD.
User will be able to select the group in Step 3 (Settings) of the Competition Creation.
Once the set up is complete, user may proceed to create a new competition.
