The release contains the following bug fixes/development:

FCP-4799 - Reverted canceled payment [FD: 674528]
FCP-4533 - Interface with TMS [in preparation for development on TMS side]
FCP-4666 - Regulatory changes required for the Clearing House and Electronic Player Passport [in preparation for development on Clearing House side]
