This information is for Competition Club Administrators, which provides a guide to enter Match Statistics for a Match.
1. Matches
From the Competitions menu, select Matches
2. Select fixture to enter results
Within Matches, you will be able to filter in order to find the fixtures quicker
- Competition
- Match
- Team
- Venue
3. View the Match
Choose the match by Selecting on View.
4. Match Data - General
After opening the match, you need to click on Match Data. Firstly, before entering match events, the system allows you to enter match general information, such as "Match Officials" and "Time & Attendance. In order to do that, press "Edit"
5. Match Data - Events
This option will allow you to add match events by pressing "+" on any player which is added to the match sheet.
This table contains the information that each event has:
Match events Add events by selecting one of these six options:

Goal event Firstly, this event requires to indicate time:
Once the goal time is indicated, few more options will appear:

Yellow card event This event has five options:

Red card event This event has five options:

Penalty event This event has two options:

Substitution (out) event This action can be added only for the player who is on the field. If this action is added, there is no need to additionally add a "Substitution (in)" event. This event has two options:

Substitution (in) event This action can be added only for the player who is off the field. If this action is added, there is no need to additionally add a "Substitution (out)" event. This event has two options:

If there is a need to delete or edit the event added, you may press on the "arrow" icon and do the desired changes.
6. Match data - Penalty Shoot-out
If a match had a penalty shoot-out, there is a possibility to add the events by pressing "edit"
Press "Add kick" to indicate the number of penalty kicks that were taken in the shoot-out. Select the player who attempted the shot and mark if the penalty was scored or missed.
7. Match Data - Notes
By pressing "enter data", it will allow you to add match notes from Match Commissioner and Referee.
8. Change Status
Once you have added all the match events and double-checked that the statistics are accurate, press "Complete Match" in order to change match status to Completed.
Only mark the match as Completed when you are certain that all match statistics are correct.
Note that you may also change the match status to the ones that are indicated below by pressing on an "arrow" next to "Complete Match". Other possible match statuses:
- Forfeit/Overrule result
- Cancel match
- Postpone match
- Abandon match
9. Download the Match Report
Once all the information about the match have been added, then you are able to download 5 different reports by clicking on "GET REPORT". Possible reports:
- Pre-Match report
- Pre-match report template
- Match Report
- Referee report
- Match Commissioner Report
- Referee assessor Report
- Referee assessor report Template
