This information is for Member Associations that are in any pre live phase (Testing, Training and User Acceptance phase) of rolling out FIFA Connect.
Follow these steps to notify FCP Support Team of any feedback or questions you may have.
1) Activate Access to Freshdesk
Activate Freshdesk account by clicking on the link within the Freshdesk Activation email.
2) Create Ticket
To create a new ticket select ‘New’
3) Add Requester
The Requester would be yourself, so type in your email address or your name.
4) Add Subject
Subject would be the issue ‘e.g. Document Missing for Professional Player’
Make sure the Status = Open
6) Select Group
Most important is to mark the Group as ‘.... Set Up Group’ then FCP Support Team will be notified
Make sure you clearly identify the issue.

Level you are logged in
Browser (if a UI Issue)
Screen shots where required
Add any attachments if applicable
Click 'Save' to submit
