This information is for clubs that need to end an Active Registration prior to its listed 'Valid To' date.
This guide is only applicable if your National Association has chosen to allow De-Registration submissions from Club users. If the De-Register button is not visible for an Active Registration, then please contact your Association to resolve any issues.
1. Select People
2. Select 'Search'
3. Search for a Person to De-Register
Find the Person that you wish to de-register by entering one of either in the "Search Box":
- First and/or Family name of Person
- ID of the Person
Only Active registrations can be De-Registered.
Loan registrations cannot be De-Registered; they have their own process to be cancelled.
4. Select Person to De-Register
Click on 'View' for the Person you wish to de-register.
5. Registration Details
Scroll to the bottom of the Person's profile, then click on the 'Registration Details' tab of the relevant registration; here you will see the 'De-Register' button.
6. Enter De-Registration Details
Select the date from when the De-Registration should be applied, and enter a note for the National Association.
The Date Applicable must be between the date the registration was made Active and the current date.
7. Submit De-Registration
When all information has been entered, select the 'Submit' button.
The de-registration will not come into effect until it has been approved by the National Association.
