This information is to provide Member Associations with an overview of the different types of international transfer of players
NEW INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS
If a player is entering the country, and has not previously been registered in the system, then the club (after obtaining an ITC) must process an International Transfer In registration.

LEAVING INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS
If a player is transferring to another the country, and has previously been registered in the system, then the Member Association must process an International Transfer Out registration.

RETURNING INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS
If someone is returning to the country, and has previously been registered in the system, the club (after obtaining an ITC) must process an International Transfer Return registration (assuming that a International Transfer Out process was followed)
