This reporting tool will help the user be able to divide the data recollected in competitions and organize it to the user’s necessities. Users will be able to saved commonly used reports and export them as .CSV files (comma-separated values). 


1. Accessing Reports

When logged in to FCMS click on the ‘Reports’ option located under the ‘COMPETITIONS’ section.



2. Report Type

We have 4 types of reports, each type has a Sub Level which will provide you different type of filter depending on the user’s needs. 



2.1 Competition Report 

In this reporting type, you will be able to generate a report that shows the general match information in the competition. There are three Sub levels to this report which are: Competition Structure, Competition Standings and Match schedule. 


  • Competition Structure: This is a generic type of reporting for competitions. This option will allow you to filter by the Name of the Competition.



If you are not sure about what information you will receive in your report, you can click on the information button with the title: ‘Columns in the report’ in the arrow located at the right, and you will see all the information included specifically depending on the Report Type and Sub Level chosen.


  • Competition Standings: By choosing this option you will be able to filter by Competition, Stage and the Columns to show. (You can choose as many Stages and Columns to show as you want) *The ‘Columns to show’ selected options will also appear in ‘Columns in the report‘.



  • Match Schedule: By choosing this option you will have the possibility to filter by Competition, Stage and Period. Under the Period filter you will also have the option to filter more depending on your needs by either Date Range, Round or Match Day.


2.2 Team Statistics

In this reporting type, you will be able to generate team level statistics within competitions. Here you will have two Sub levels: Leader boards, and Goal Statistics. 



  • Leader Boards: By choosing this option you will be able to see the teams and their progress during a competition. You will be able to sort by Competition, Stage, Period (Date Range, Round, Match Day), Category and Best of.  


     
    • Goal Statistics: By choosing this option we will be able to see all statistics (penalties, assists, goals made on each period, etc.) from a competition. The user will be able to sort by Competition, Stage, Period (Date Range, Round, Match Day) and Columns.



2.3 Player Statistics

In this reporting type, the user will be able to find information regarding player statistics within the competition they are participating in. The Sub levels available are Leader boards, Minutes played, and Player competition stats. 


 


  • Leader Boards: under this sub level for this reporting type, you will have the option to sort by Competition, Period (Date Range, Round, Match Day), Team, Nationality, Player age, Category (meaning actions during the match) and Best of.


The Leader boards filter on every reporting type, will allow you to choose multiple categories, and this will generate a Zip file for the user to unzip it and see all the leader boards one by one in each separate CSV files.




  • Minutes Played: This report will allow the user to see who has played and scored. By choosing this option you will be able to filter by Competition, Stage, Period (Date Range, Round, Match Day), Team, Nationality, Player age and Minutes played.

  • Player Competition Statistics: Player Competition Statistics: This will allow the user to see everything about the players, it is more focused on the metrics. You will have the following filter options: Competition, Stage, Period (Date Range, Round, Match Day), Team, Nationality and Player age.




2.4 Disciplinary

In this reporting type, the user will be able to get full information regarding cards and sanctions, with these being sub levels within the reporting system. 



  •  Cards List: By choosing this option, the user will be able to get information regarding cards sorting by the Competition, Stage, Period (Date Range, Round, Match Day), Team, Player age and Card type.



  •  Sanctions: By choosing this option you will be able to filter by Competition, Status, Sanction type and Disciplinary Committee review required.





3. Creating the Report

Once the user selects the corresponding Reporting Type, the Sub level, and the filter that suits their needs, the report can be created by clicking in the blue CREATE button, located in the bottom right corner under the Category Columns in the Report tool. 



Once clicked the pager will generate the file to be downloaded through your web browser.



The file will be generated as a CSV file.
