This information is to assistant identify and search for players, before, during and after they are on loan. This applies to loans that have been approved by your association.
Before a Loan Starts
Lending Club: Status is Active and visible on List Persons.
Borrowing Club: Status is Passive and can be found using Search.
During a Loan
Lending Club: Status is Passive and can be found using Search.
Borrowing Club: Status is Active and visible on List Persons.
After a Loan Ends (or Cancelled)
Lending Club: Status is Passive and can be found using Search.
Borrowing Club: Status is Passive and can be found using Search.
Lending Club must renew player to become Active again.
Person Dashboard
When a Player has an approved loan the registration information on that person's Dashboard appears as follows.
Reporting
You can list players on loan and loaned out, by using the 'Registrations' field section within Reporting. Use "On Loan ?" or "Loaned out ?".
