This information is for clubs that decide to end a current (or an upcoming) loan for a player.



1. Contact your Association

To cancel a loan you must contact your National Association. Submit a request to the National Association by submitting a request via the support email.


Include as many details as possible including the player's ID number, name, clubs involved in loan, and the loan start and end dates along with any applicable documents.




2. Confirmation

The national body will confirm that the loan has been cancelled. 


There are no automated email notifications when a loan is cancelled.





3. Renew Player

The lending club must then renew the player for the player to become Active.
