This information will explain how to action two types of Work Tasks that appears on your Club Work Task List
- Requests from other Clubs for Access to a Member at your Club in order for them to add a role to that member at their Club
- Initiate a Registration of a Member whose Request from the other Club has been approved in order for you to add Role
Work tasks form part of the day to day running of the system for your Club, it is important that you view and action these tasks each day when you log in.
1. Request Access for a Member
You may receive requests from others Clubs for Access (Add Role) to one of your Members, below are a few examples of potential scenarios.

2 | Coach at Club D | Person to be Player at Club C |
3 | Team Official at Club A | Person to be Player at Club D |
4 | Club Official at Club E | Person to be Player at Club F |
The next screen will list the Players' Personal Information, Contact Details and the Request Details. By clicking on 'Requesting Club Details' tab you can see the Club requesting access to the Player also.
The next step is to either Approve or Reject the Request which can be found at the bottom of the page under ‘Request Details’
This area lists the Club requesting the transfer and provides the Requesting Clubs reason for the transfer request under ‘Additional Comments’.
By Approving you are giving access to all of the persons details to the New Club
By selecting to ‘Approve’ the Request for Access you will then receive the below confirmation screen, this work task will now be removed from your Dashboard.
By selecting to ‘Reject Access’ you are then required to specify a reason why your Club is rejecting access, insert comments then click on ‘Submit’.
Confirmation that the Request for Access (Add Role) has been rejected will appear and the Requesting Club will be notified through their Work Task List upon next log in, this work task will now be removed from your Clubs Dashboard.
