This user guide will explain how to change the level of an existing active player at you club. For example, this provides an opportunity to convert an Amateur player to an Amateur Under Contract during the season.
If the player is not active for the current season, with a different level, you'll be able to change their level during the renewal process.
If the player is at another club, with a different level, you'll be able to change their level during the transfer process.
Any relevant documents for the new role will be required. Any license fees applicable to the new role will be charged.
1. Select People
2. Select ‘Search’
3. Search for Member
Search for the Member you wish to add a role to at your Club . To search for a Member you can enter one of either in the Search Box “Enter Name or Member ID”

First and/or Family Name of Player

MA ID of the Player
The search may return multiple records (in this example name ‘Adam’, which could be a first name or a family name) therefore carefully check you request details for the right person by viewing the member record first.
To View Member Record in more detail, click on ‘View’. It will list the member’s current registration(s), Personal Information, Contact Details.
Check that all details are still up to date before proceeding.
6. Change Player Level
Once you have checked that all details are up to date, scroll down to ‘Registrations’, within the 'Registration details' tab of the member's Player Registration, click on the ‘Change Player Level’ button
The registrations step of the Change Player Level process, Role and Sport are pre-selected; you will then be able to select a new level.
8. Required Documents
During a Change Player level, their existing documents remain to ‘view’ or ‘replace’ as required (for example a new Passport as the previous one for the player had expired).
To view the document, click on the blue hyperlink under each ‘description’ and to replace the document select ‘click here to update this file’.
Additional Required documents may be required to be uploaded depending on the new level
Maximum file size is 25 megabytes
JPG, JPEG, PDF and PNG are recommended file types
Documents can be uploaded by clicking on ‘Click here to upload file’, this will open up folder for you to select necessary files to upload .
Documents can also be uploaded by clicking and dragging the file to the necessary document
Documents successfully uploaded will display a tick next to their file name
Required Documents are compulsory and must be uploaded
Registration will not proceed if all required documents are not uploaded
Upload optional documents as required and click Continue
10. Licence
The registration licence may be listed depending on the Role selected in Step 7 and you'r Association's requirements.
Upon choosing the licence you then have the option to 'Pay Now' or 'Pay Later', then click 'Continue'.

Pay Now: By choosing this option it will then take you to the payment portal where you have a list of options to pay for the registration

Pay Later: By choosing this option it will then submit the registration, however an invoice will be created for you to pay later
11. Summary
The Summary screen allows you to check that all details entered are correct before submitting the member registration, please ensure you check all information.
If you need to change any information click on the edit link
Make sure you click the edit link relating to the area you want to change, for example the Contact Details.
12. Submit Registration
When all information has been checked, click on Submit to go to Payment portal (if Pay Now was selected previously) or Submit to Member Association where registration will then be complete (Pending Payment before approval)
13. Registration Submitted
Once completed you are provided with three options

Go to your Dashboard

View all currently submitted registrations
-
Register another Person
By clicking on 'View all currently submitted registrations' it will take you to a list of all Pending Registrations for your Club.
By clicking on ''Go to your Dashboard" it will take you back to your Task list
