This information is to provide Member Associations an overview of how to manage User Account and Self Registration functions.


Verification of User Account

To identify if a User Account has been confirmed or has yet to be confirmed please select Users > User management, then search for the email. The STATUS column will indicate if the User Account is either Confirmed or Not Confirmed.




If you don't know the full email address, you may search for a partial email address.




Resend Verification Email of User Account

If a User Account is Not Confirmed, and if the user indicates that have not received the verification email, then select Users > User management, then search for the email, click Resend Verification.



If you the user indicates that they have not received the verification email, advise them to check their Junk email inbox.





Reset Password of User Account

If a User Account is Confirmed., the user can click Forgot your password? Please click here to reset password on the log in page. Alternatively select Users > User management, then search for the email, click Reset Password.



Linked Registrations via User Account

To confirm which MA ID numbers are linked to specific User Account, select Users > User management, then search for the email, then click Linked Persons.



If any linked ID numbers include a registration that has the Registration Status changed to 'Deleted', the registration will not be visible via the Self Reg Account.





Linking Adults

User Accounts may only have one adult linked or added.


Linking Minors

User Accounts may have multiple minors linked or added.


Linked User Account via Person Dashboard

To confirm which User Account an MA ID is linked to, drilled to to the Person Dashboard, and navigate downward to User Details (located above the Registration Information). If User Details not visible, then the MA ID is not linked to any User Account.




'Linked As:' indicates if the user adds a registration as Myself or as a Minor under care.




Unlinking Registrations

To disconnect MA ID numbers that are linked to specific User Account, select Users > User management, then search for the email, then click Linked Persons, then for the relevant MA ID click Disconnect.  


Linked 'In Progress' Registrations

Incomplete (not submitted) registrations linked to a User Account , have a status of ‘In Progress’. These registrations are not able to be resumed or viewed at Self Registration Work Flow. If the user is trying to link an existing MA ID, and has ‘In Progress’ registration/s linked to the User Account, the user will receive the following message:



To unlink any ‘In Progress’ registrations currently linked to any User Account, please follow Unlinking Registrations above.


These registrations may be viewed via reports using the following filters:
RECORD CREATION = Self Registration

STATUS = In Progress 



Deleting a User Account

To delete a User Account, select Users > User management, then search for the email, then click Delete.



If there are linked MA ID/s connected to a User Account, it's not possible to Delete a User account. Refer to above Unlinking Registrations to disconnect MA ID/s from a User Account.



Payments Via Self Reg

Payment made via Self Reg may be viewed at the organisation the Person is registered to.


Accept Self Registration at Organisation

For an organisation to accept registrations via the Self Registration Work Flow, the MA must drill down to the relevant Organisation and edit Club details (or Region or District details) to select YES to Accept Self Registration.


This feature is only available to MA Level Admin Users.
