Coach Registration Renewal by Club


This user guide will explain how to Renew a Coach for the new season when logged in at Club level.

Renewals assists the Club in re-registering Members of their Club for the new season, an example is as follows: 

Leroy Krull registered as a Coach in Club A for the 2014 season (last year) Club A can now select to renew Leroy as a coach for the 2015 season 

This also gives the Club the opportunity to update the Coaches details as required before submitting the registration for approval. 


Renewals can also be performed in Bulk by the Club, please see the user guide on 'Bulk Renewals' for more information on this process.


1. Select People


2. Select 'Search'


3. Search for a Coach to Renew


Type in the Coaches Name that you wish to renew by entering one of either in the "Search Box"


  • First and/or Family name of Coach
  • MA ID of the Coach



Only Active and Passive coaches can be renewed



4. Select Person to Renew


To initiate renewal, click on 'View' for the Coach you wish to renew for the new season to your Club.


5. Review Coach Registration


The next screen gives the Club the ability to review the Coaches Personal Information, Contact Details, and Other Details, these can be edited/replaced as required during this process by clicking on 'edit'.






Edit the details as required and then click on 'Save'


6. Registration Details


Once all details are updated and documents uploaded as required, click on 'Registration Details' tab, here you will see the 'Renew Registration' button'. 




If 'Renew Registration' button is not showing this would be due to the Coach having already been renewed for the latest season.




7. Renew Registration


The renewal process takes you through the registration flow where you click 'Continue' to proceed through each required Step.


8. Registration Step


As all Coaches are registered as Amatuers, the first Registration Step is automatically selected, the renewal will default to the Sport they were registered to last season (Football or Futsal), the nature of registration will default to renewal as per the screen shot below.



9. View and Update Documents


When a Coach is being renewed, their existing documents remain to 'View' or 'Replace' as required (for example a new Passport as the previous one for the coach had expired)


To view the document, click on the blue hyperlink under each 'Description' and to replace the document select 'Click here to update this file'




If your Coaching Diploma or Card has expired prior to renewal, then please ensure you upload the latest Course Diploma or UEFA Coaching Card


  • Documents can be uploaded by Clicking on 'Click here to upload file' this will open up folder for you to select necessary files to upload.
  • Documents can also be uploaded by clicking and dragging the file to the necessary document



Maximum file size is 25 megabytes JPG, JPEG, PDF, and PNG are recommended file types.





Documents successfully uploaded will display a tick next to their file name





Required Documents are compulsory and must be uploaded





Registration will not proceed if all required documents are not uploaded




10. Certification


The UEFA Coach Card Payment is required to be selected based on the Certificate level selected, so be sure to select if one of the following has been selected


  • UEFA Pro
  • UEFA A
  • UEFA B

12. Payment Options


Upon choosing the licence you then have the option to 'Pay Now' or 'Pay Later' 


  • Pay Now: By choosing this option it will then take you to the payment portal where you have a list of options to pay for the registration
  • Pay Later: By choosing this option it will then submit the registration, however an invoice will be created for you to pay later





The Registration of the Coach will not be approved and made active until Payment is made




13. Summary


The Summary screen allows you to check that all details entered are correct before submitting the Coach registration, please ensure you check all the information




If you need to change any information click on the edit link




Make sure you click the edit link relating to the area you want to change, for example the Contact Details




14. Submit Registration


When all information has been checked, click on Submit to go to Payment portal  (if Pay Now was selected previously) or Submit to Member Association where registration will then be complete (Pending Payment before approval) 



15. Registration Submitted



Once the registration is complete the Member will be marked as pending and awaiting approval (and pending payment if Pay Now was not selected)




Pallo ID is blank until the registration has been paid and approved and made active

Once completed you are provided with three options 


  • Register another Coach
  • View all currently submitted registrations
  • Go to your Dashboard

By clicking on 'Register another Coach' - it will take you back to Step 3 (in user guide) where you can register another Coach

By clicking on "View all Currently Submitted Registrations" it will take you to a list of all Pending Registrations for your Club

By clicking on ''Go to your Dashboard" it will take you back to your Task list
